What happens after you send an enquiry, and what we can and cannot promise.

How enquiries are handled

Enquiries are read and answered by our team. We ask the hotel about your dates and reply with the options that are available.

Rates confirmed on enquiry

We publish no prices. Every rate you receive is the one the hotel confirms for your dates at that moment.

No guaranteed availability

Availability in Makkah and Madinah changes quickly, especially in Ramadan and Hajj season. An option we send is not held for you until the hotel confirms it.

Groups

For group enquiries, tell us the number of rooms, guests and nights. We pass the request to the hotels and send you what they confirm.

No payment on this website

We never ask for card details or deposits. Payment is made directly to the hotel or through the channel the hotel confirms to you.
